Rewinder Auto Tension Control
System Description
By measuring the tension with the aid of load cells across the width, web tension for the rewind may be automatically maintained. The controller will process the calculated tension after which it will deliver the clutch supply. In essence, the controller reduces clutch supply as the rewinder diameter grows.
